By placing an order on keptkin.com, you agree to the following.

What you are buying.

A digital file — a PDF or set of PDFs — for personal use. You may print as many copies as you want for yourself and your household. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the file as your own product. You may not use the file to create items for commercial sale (printing onto mugs, framing for resale, bundling into a course).

What you pay.

The price displayed at checkout, in US dollars. We do not run promotional codes, sales, or limited-time pricing. The price you see is the price.

Delivery.

Files are delivered digitally, immediately after payment clears. Refer to the Shipping Policy for detail.

Refunds.

Refer to the Refund Policy. In short: digital downloads are not returnable, but we replace or repair any file that arrives broken.

Custom requests.

If you write to us with a custom request and we agree to make it, the work is delivered on the timeline we agree on. Custom work is not refundable once production begins.

Newsletter.

If you opt in, expect a studio note every month or two — never daily, never urgent. Unsubscribe is one click.

Liability.

Keptkin is responsible for delivering working files. We are not responsible for the cost of paper, ink, printing services, or framing materials you use to produce the keepsake at home. Read the listing carefully before buying — page count, dimensions, and paper recommendations are stated on every product page.
