Refund policy

Keptkin sells digital products only.

Because a Keptkin keepsake is a PDF that downloads instantly, we do not offer refunds the way a shop selling physical goods would. Once a file leaves our server, it is in your hands — there is no way to return it.

That said: if something is wrong with a file, we will make it right. Specifically —

  • A download link that does not work — write to us, we will resend it.
  • A PDF that opens corrupted, prints sideways, or arrives missing a page — write to us, we will fix it or swap it.
  • A custom-fillable field that will not save — write to us with the file and we will repair the form.

Write to support@keptkin.com within 14 days of your purchase, include your order number, and describe what is wrong. We answer within a business day.

What we cannot refund: a file you downloaded, opened, and decided you did not like — the same way a bookseller does not refund a read book. We try to make every listing detailed enough that you know what you are getting before checkout.
