Shipping policy

Keptkin does not ship anything.

Every keepsake we publish is a digital PDF. The moment your payment clears, the file is available in two places: a download link in your confirmation email, and the thank-you page you land on after checkout. Most files are in your inbox within a minute.

There is no shipping fee, no shipping address requested at checkout, no carrier, no tracking number, and no waiting. If the download link does not arrive within an hour, write to support@keptkin.com with your order number and we will resend it the same day.
